PROJECT INFORMATION

Rosebush Wilson and Associates Inc., in conjunction with JDM Designworks Inc., provided planning, construction drawings and construction management services for the integration of a rotary DDGS Dryer into Kawartha Ethanol's current processing system.  The DDGS Dryer and some of the associated equipment was purchased used; the equipment was installed in a similar configuration whence it originated.  The installation of the Dryer equipment to dry Wet Distillers Grain with Solubles (WDGS) to Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles (DDGS) also included the transportation, cooling and storage of the DDGS and treatment of the exhausted moisture with the use of an RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer).
