BIODIESEL FACILITY

PROJECT INFORMATION

Using processor technology supplied from Methes Energies (Canada) Ltd., Drain Bros Excavating Ltd., Rosebush Wilson and Associates Inc., designed and constructed their Biodiesel Facility.  The Facility is an extension of the Corn Oil Extraction Process installed a few years previous.  This biodiesel facility uses corn oil extracted as a by-product from the adjacent ethanol facility (Kawartha Ethanol Inc.) to produce fuel-grade biodiesel.  The project included a building expansion, the installation of several process and storage tanks, and the integration of the processing skid-mounted equipment.
